MISC VIDEO 1
An unique video depicting Japanese street racing up in the mountain roads. The technique they use is known as "DO RI FU TO" (which means drift), where you drive like rally drivers drifting and power sliding on dirt roads. While I do not believe it is the fastest way around corners (think about it, if it is THE fastest way of driving a race car, how come no one uses it in F1, DTM, BTCC, Le Man, NASCAR, Cart & IRL? WRC drivers use these kind of technique mainly for dirt roads (believe me, they actually DO have a point of doing that when they race in loose gravel) but on paved roads?
These kind of technique (when use as depicted) is mainly to induce the feeling that you have when you are in a coster ride. It sure look fun! but don't expect to win any races with this technique!
